Can I rent a dumpster at the time of call?Yes, we offer same day service.

Can I schedule appointments on the weekend?Yes, we deliver 7 days a week.

When is the dumpster payment due?We require payment in full prior to delivery of the dumpster.

What size dumpster do I need?The size of the dumpster depends on the type of items and how much you are putting in the dumpster. Give us a call to discuss the size that will work for your project.

Can I overload dumpster?Our dumpster fee includes a weight allowance of 2 tons minimum. Any tonnage that exceeds 2 tons will incur additional charges (see terms and conditions). The contents in the dumpster cannot exceed the dumpster line indicated on outside of dumpster. The driver can refuse a pick up if the dumpster is overloaded past dumpster lines. This is a road hazard.

Can you dump and return the dumpster?Yes, we can pick up dumpster to unload and return the dumpster. However, the return of the dumpster to customer incurs a new dumpster fee based on dumpster size.

Can I load appliances on dumpster?No, we do not accept appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, washer, dryers, dishwashers, etc.

Do I need to be home at the time of dumpster drop off?No, you do not have to be home, but please communicate where you would like the dumpster placed at the service address.

Can I put hazardous material in dumpster such as paint cans, gas cans or anything flammable?No, we do not accept hazardous material. The drvier can refuse pick up, the customer will be liable for removing the hazardous material. The customer will not receive a rental refund and the rental period does not start over. Additionally, the customer will incur a dry run fee if the driver have to leave and return to allow customer time to remove the hazardous material.

Can I request to pick up dumpster before schedule pick up date?Yes, we can schedule your pick up prior to the end of the original rental period and original pick up date. Just give us a call or text.
